Loved the cozy atmosphere at Sourire! The staff felt like family. They were so helpful, especially when I needed suggestions for dining and transportation. Room had a small balcony, which was a nice touch, but it was definitely snug. The breakfast buffet surprised me with variety, especially the fresh pastries and squeezed orange juice! They also offered great local dining options. However, the room size was a bit smaller than expected and I noticed a few weak points like the water pressure in the shower. A kettle in the room would’ve been nice too. Overall, a lovely stay, but a few tweaks would enhance the experience further.

Bathroom needs an upgrade. cramped quarters with the toilet awkwardly jammed next to the radiator. No full-length mirror and limited plug points near the mirror caused a bit of a hassle. The safe felt a tad inadequate for securing valuables since you had to hand over the key.

The location was perfect! Just a 10min walk from the colosseum and the staff were nice, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was very good, and we loved that they provided bottles of water to take out with us for the day, which was a lifesaver in the heat!

It wasn’t cheap, but considering the overall experience, it was acceptable.

The location was awesome for walking around. Really close to classics like the Colosseum and Circus Maximus. The staff were super friendly and let us stash our bags before check-in, which was a lifesaver! Breakfast had good options, but the dining area could be a bit cramped during rush hour. Would've liked a kettle in the room, too.
